Kai Tse serves as Senior Vice President and oversees the company's North America Credit and Analysis Group, bringing expertise in investment analysis, corporate finance, business development, and strategy and consulting. He has a wide array of experience across many sectors of technology including software, hardware, enterprise applications, and infrastructure.

Prior to TriplePoint, Mr. Tse was a Principal at Osprey & GKM Ventures, two information technology-focused venture capital firms. While at Osprey & GKM Ventures, he managed investments ranging from $2 million to $5 million, and acted as a portfolio manager for Osprey Venture Funds.

Prior to Osprey, Mr. Tse was an Associate in sales, operations, and business development for Vcapital, an Internet-based marketplace start-up providing capital and business services to entrepreneurs.

Mr. Tse worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in various capacities, including leading a key market penetration advisory engagement on the medical equipment leasing industry for a large Fortune 1000 financial services company.

Mr. Tse holds an M.B.A. from the U.C. Berkeley Haas School of Business, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois.
