Kevin Thorne serves as Vice President and oversees the company's Compliance and Legal Administration Group, bringing legal expertise in venture financing. Mr. Thorne brings strong expertise in the legal advice and documentation fields, previously filling the role of Associate General Counsel at Comdisco Ventures, a division of Comdisco Inc.

In addition to serving in his legal capacity at Comdisco Ventures, Mr. Thorne has also been General Counsel for Pacific Concessions, Inc., the largest company in the United States and Canada devoted exclusively to movie theatre lending and financing. Mr. Thorne oversaw all the general legal needs of the company and prepared and negotiated all financing documentation. He also performed all Human Resource functions for the company.

Mr. Thorne also has litigation experience as an Associate Attorney at Bledsoe, Cathcart, Diestel & Pederson, one of the premier insurance defense law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. He reported directly to the senior partner.

Mr. Thorne holds a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and is licensed to practice law in the State of California. He also has a B.A. in Humanities/American Studies from San Jose State University.
